The forum brought together over 400 leaders and experts from various brands and agencies, fostering opportunities for networking, learning, and knowledge exchange.

Discussions focused on key topics such as global trends in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising and successful marketing strategies of major brands in Vietnam.

Attendees also participated in exclusive sessions, gaining insights into the latest trends and strategies in DOOH.

More than 20 speakers from prominent organizations, including Chicilon Media, Group M, Omega Media, Mastercard, UN Venture, ADK Group Vietnam, Glocal Bridge, NielsenIQ, Suntory PepsiCo, and Rox Group, contributed to the forum, helping to forecast the future of the Vietnamese marketing industry.

Phu Luu, Head of Brand at Rox Group, underscored elevator digital media as a key element in increasing brand presence and customer engagement during MSB's rebranding campaign. He emphasized how this media channel consistently reinforces MSB's new image across office buildings, residential complexes and shopping malls.

Meanwhile, Rheerah Raina, Vice President and Head of Integrated Marketing Communications at Mastercard, offered a fresh perspective in a session titled, "Future of Shopping: From Branding to Commerce on Elevator Digital Media."

Representatives from NielsenIQ, Omega Media, Chicilon Media, and ADK Group Vietnam further explored consumer behavior patterns in a discussion titled, "Understanding Consumer Behavior in Elevators."

In today's marketing landscape, elevator digital media has emerged as a strategic advertising channel. Its presence in office buildings, apartments, supermarkets, and airports boosts brand recognition by delivering messages where customers are naturally engaged.

Experts highlighted that elevator digital media connects with customers passively, providing a non-intrusive experience where brand visuals and messages are absorbed effortlessly. This helps brands remain top of mind during purchasing decisions.

Trang Pham, Integrated Marketing Communications Manager at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, commended the channel's ability to deliver creative, impactful messages, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
