Coteccons wins Intercontinental Ha Long Bay bid

Coteccons was selected as general contractor for the first international-standard luxury coastal resort project in the north after passing the investor's demanding and professional bidding process, along with that of Mace, the project management, construction management and quality supervision unit.

This project is expected to complete by the end of 2022.

InterContinental Ha Long Bay Resort & Residences is located on Peninsula 2, Ha Long Marina Complex, Hung Thang Ward, Bai Chay, Ha Long Town. Covering an area of 4.5 hectares, the project consists of a 580-meter coastline with a direct view to Ha Long Bay.

The overall project includes a hotel with 175 rooms, a limited collection of 41 villas and 60 luxury resort apartments named Sky Residences. Besides, the utility complex of the project includes Spa Village Garden, a multi-purpose gym, Planet Trekkers children's playground, five restaurants, two bars and a large conference room. In total, the project has an investment capital of $90 million.
