HAGL sold Hoang Anh Gia Lai Hotel for VND180 billion (US$7.2 million) in the third quarter and will sell its hospital subsidiary in the fourth quarter, Duc said Friday.
He mentioned ongoing negotiations with several businesses for the hospital's sale. Established in 2012 in the Central Highlands town of Pleiku, the hospital is a joint venture with the HCMC University of Medicine and Pharmacy, featuring 11 inpatient departments, six administrative departments, and 20 specialist clinics.
As of the third quarter’s end, HAGL's debt stood at VND7.78 trillion, reduced by VND387 billion since the year's start, incurring VND4.830 trillion in interest. Duc emphasized the firm's commitment to repaying all debts by the end of 2025.
