Rapper Den Vau confirmed that he has removed his music video “Troi Hom Nay Nhieu May Cuc” (It’s So Cloudy Today) as it contains images of the helicopter that crashed in Quang Ninh province on Wednesday.

Den Vau’s agent said that the removal of the video came after the rapper read the news about the crash. The tourist helicopter carrying five people crashed at the border of Quang Ninh Province, home to the world-famous Ha Long Bay, and Hai Phong city Wednesday, leaving four dead and one missing.

"When we heard the news, we were lost for words and immediately informed YouTube to remove the music video," his agent told Thanh Nien Newspaper. "We want to send our deepest condolences to the families of the victims in this accident."

The original video was replaced with another version without the helicopter and only a sky background.

The music video was released in August 2020. It’s a one-shot video with Den Vau sitting in the helicopter and performing throughout the four minutes of the song.

Den Vau, a Quang Ninh native, whose real name is Nguyen Duc Cuong, has been making music for 10 years and is famous in the underground and independent music scene in Saigon. With multi-million views for his hits, he has become an icon for Vietnamese rap music lovers in recent years.
