She arrived in Hanoi on October 3 in the role of reigning beauty queen, accompanying Miss Grand International 2023 contestants in many activities.
Menin said she is always impressed when she sets foot in a new city in Vietnam.
Over the past few days, she has been exploring the sights and culture of the capital.
She said: "I am looking forward to more activities taking place in many other cities including Ha Long, Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue."
Menin said she was very interested in Vietnamese cuisine.
"In your country, people eat a lot of vegetables through dishes like spring rolls. I like it because it suits my taste and eating habits," she said.
"I cannot resist com tam made from rice and eaten with pork meat. It’s really delicious."
Menin also has affection for Vietnamese people because of their hospitality and closeness.
"Tourists who intend to travel long-term should come to this country once, they will definitely not be disappointed," she said.
The beauty pageant winner will crown her successor at the Miss Grand International 2023 final on October 25 in Ho Chi Minh City.
She advised contestants to enjoy every moment and try their best in the competitions.

Menin, 27, of Brazilian and Italian descent surpassed many candidates from various pageants held last year such as Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss International, and Miss Supranational to become Miss Grand Slam.
She has a master's degree in finance from the U.K., runs her own cosmetics brand and can speak English, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
