Anisha Rosnah Isa-Kalebic has been captivating followers with her bridal attire during her 10-day royal nuptials to Prince Mateen of Brunei.

At the Khatam Quran event on Monday, marked by her completion of the Quran reading, Isa-Kalebic wore a white baju kurung, which is a traditional Bruneian dress, created by Malaysian designer Teh Firdaus. The outfit featured crystal embellishments on the sleeves and skirt and was paired with a white hijab and a simple yet elegant makeup look.

The royal bride showcased two other distinct outfits throughout her Wednesday Berbedak Mandi ceremony, a traditional Bruneian and Malaysian pre-wedding ritual involving family blessings with a powder paste, as described by The National.

As noted by Hello! Magazine, her first outfit was a red ensemble with brown leather accents, a waist-defining belt, and gold trim, complemented by a lavish headdress, smokey eye makeup, and wine-colored lipstick. Her face was initially covered in a red veil, which was lifted only when she sat on the throne to proceed with the ceremony.

Her second outfit was an elegant long-sleeved white bridal gown with a lace-trimmed veil. She complemented the look with a side-parted low bun hairstyle and minimal makeup featuring fluffy brows and long lashes. Meanwhile, her accessories included a brooch and pearl drop earrings. This white dress was also reportedly designed by Firdaus.

As detailed by People Magazine, the couple’s wedding will continue with the exchange of vows on Thursday at the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and a royal banquet on Sunday, expected to be attended by guests from around the world.

Numerous citizens of Brunei reportedly intend to gather along the roadways for the procession on Sunday, during which the couple will make their appearance in a royal carriage, according to AFP.

She comes from a noble family, as her grandfather Pehin Dato Isa served as an advisor to the Sultan of Brunei and held key governmental roles in the 1960s and 1970s.

Her brother, Danial Deen Isa-Kalebic, is a close friend of Prince Mateen, and her sister-in-law, Janetira Attaskulchai Deen, belongs to Thailand’s Attaskulchai family, known for their Betagen yogurt business.

Prince Mateen, 32, a helicopter pilot and major in the Royal Brunei Air Force, has represented Brunei in polo at the 2017 and 2019 SEA Games.

He was named one of Asia’s top 50 most eligible bachelors by Hong Kong’s Tatler Magazine in 2016.
