Czech model crowned Miss World 2023

Czech model and student Krystyna Pyszková was crowned Miss World 2023 in the Saturday final in India.

24-year-old Czech model and student Krystyna Pyszková outperformed 111 other contestants to win Miss World 2023 crown during the finale held in India on Saturday evening.

Pyszková's victory marked back-to-back European wins in the competition. She was crowned by Miss World 2022, Karolina Bielawska of Poland.

Pyszková emerged as a front-runner in the competition, with numerous websites forecasting her victory. Prior to the finale, she had already achieved significant milestones, including placing in the top 10 for the Beauty With a Purpose challenge and the top 20 in the Top Model event.

Pyszková is proficient in four languages and is pursuing degrees in law and business administration.

Yasmina Zaytoun from Lebanon was the runner-up at Miss World 2023. Vietnam's Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong made it to the top 40. Before the finale, Phuong secured her place in the top 40 by winning the Multimedia Challenge.
