Released on Tuesday, the video clip was filmed last month as she arrived in Vietnam for a business trip.
Over more than a minute, Menin, wearing Vietnamese traditional dress ao dai, takes viewers to see famous landscapes such as Golden Bridge in Da Nang, Ha Long Bay, the world’s largest cave Son Doong, and the Central Post Office and War Remnants Museum in HCMC.
Traditional art forms including don ca tai tu and Hue royal court music, an intangible cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO, also appeared in the video.
"Vietnam is a friendly and hospitable country, possessing many beautiful scenes that attract tourists everywhere. It also has a diverse, colorful culture," she said in the video.
Menin, 27, of Brazilian and Italian descent surpassed many candidates from various pageants held last year such as Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss International, and Miss Supranational to become Miss Grand Slam.
She has a master's degree in finance from the U.K., runs her own cosmetics brand and can speak English, French, Italian and Portuguese.
