During the trip, she went to GebangSikdang which she called 'the star of the day' thanks to the quality of the food.
This restaurant is located in the Gangnam area, famous for ganjanggejang, also known as crab marinated in soy sauce.
Ganjang gejang is made from fresh crabs selected from Korean waters, then soaked in a sauce made from ganjang soy sauce, filtered water, minced garlic, minced chili and ginger. She ordered a serving of crab roe bibibap, one of the signature dishes at the restaurant.

Raw shrimp soaked in soy sauce is served with rice. Ganjang sauce is marinated according to the restaurant's secret recipe with a rich, salty, sweet and harmonious flavor, mixed with the greasy taste of crab.

She also ordered some other dishes to try such as abalone and raw salmon soaked in soy sauce and served with white rice, seaweed leaves and kimchi.
GebangSikdang also serves other Korean dishes such as bibimbap, bulgogi and kimbap.

She also tried bowls of mian jin, wheat gluten typical of Chinese vegetarian cuisine.
