Flights to resume on 2 more routes

There will be one daily flight each on the routes during the ongoing trial program which ends on October 20.

Before the pandemic there were two daily flights to Dien Bien using ATR turboprop aircraft with around 70 seats.

After two months of suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic, flight services restarted on 19 domestic routes last Sunday.

But many flights have been canceled due to low demand and social distancing requirements.

The transport ministry requires all passengers to be fully immunized at least 14 days before travel or have recovered from Covid-19 within the previous six months.

They should also furnish Covid negative results obtained within 72 hours of departure.
