Business travelers rate three Indian airports among Asia's best

Three airports in India, Kempegowda, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Indira Gandi, have been named among Asia's 10 best for business travelers worldwide, according to finance research and information website BusinessFinancing.co.uk.

Kempegowda international airport serving Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka, came in seventh with an average rating of 5.56 out of 10.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport serving Mumbai was ninth with 5.22 and Indira Gandhi International Airport serving Delhi, the capital of India, finished the top 10 with 4.22.

The ratings collated passenger reviews of major airports worldwide from airlinequality.com. Average ratings from reviewers categorized as business travelers were used to rank airports globally, by continent and by country.

Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport was the best in Asia, followed by Singapore's Changi Airport, Hong Kong Airport and Qatar's Hamad Airport.

Two Japanese airports: Narita International Airport and Haneda Airport were fifth and sixth, respectively.
