Doan Tran The Hao, 19; Huynh Tran Tan Huy, 22; and Pham Duy Tan, 18, were arrested by police of Chau Thanh District on Tuesday, to be investigated for disrupting public order.
At 7 p.m. on Sept. 21, Hao dressed like a monk and wore a wig while driving Tan on a motorbike. When they got to a National Highway 1 section in Chau Thanh District, Hao performed dangerous motorbike acts, while Huy recorded a video of them along a road section that spans 3 km.
The group then edited the videos and uploaded them on Huy's Facebook account of around 32,000 followers. The videos have since been removed.
