Traffic camera: Speeding car sends woman, child to the ground

Camera footage from a car in Phu Tho captured how a white car sped past a motorbike with a woman and a child on it, colliding with the vehicle and sending the pair down to the ground.

The incident happened on Thursday in Dich Qua Commune, Thanh Son District of the northern province. There were no casualties.
