"Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus," Zilis wrote on X on Feb. 28, Page Six reported.
"Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much."
Musk responded to her post with a heart emoji.
She did not disclose Seldon’s birth date. Her post also revealed the name of their third child, Arcadia, which had been previously unknown. A source told People that Musk "really loves Shivon."
In June 2024, Bloomberg reported that Musk and Zilis had quietly welcomed a third child at the start of the year. Musk later confirmed the birth to Page Six, dismissing claims of secrecy.
"As for ‘secretly fathered,’ that is ... false. All our friends and family know. Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret,’" Musk said.
He reiterated his stance on declining birth rates, stating, "2.1 kids is replacement rate, and obviously the world as a whole will soon drop below that point."
Asked how many children he wanted, Musk said, "As many as I am able to spend time with and be a good father [to]."

Musk and Zilis previously revealed in November 2021 that they had secretly welcomed twins, Strider and Azure, just weeks before he and his ex-girlfriend, musician Grimes, had a daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, via a surrogate, according to court documents published by Insider in July 2021.
Seldon is believed to be Musk’s 14th child, though he has not addressed author Ashley St. Clair’s claims that she gave birth to his 13th child, R.S.C., five months ago. St. Clair filed a paternity lawsuit against Musk seeking sole custody, stating the case was "not for money" and criticizing him for inconsistent parenting. A court has ordered Musk to appear at a May 29 hearing regarding the child’s custody.
Musk, CEO of Tesla and founder of SpaceX, is the world’s richest man, with a net worth of $354.8 billion as of Mar. 4 according to Forbes.
He shares six children with his first wife, Justine Wilson, three with singer Grimes, and now four with Zilis. His first child, born in 2002, died of sudden infant death syndrome.
On Feb. 21, Musk’s ex-girlfriend, Canadian singer Grimes, publicly accused him of ignoring her messages regarding their child’s urgent "medical crisis," according to The New York Post. Musk has yet to respond.
