I wish the national women's team in the upcoming World Cup success. I hope that the female players will bring the will and spirit of Vietnam to the world, and create positive energy for the community, Trung said.

Mai Duc Chung, head coach of the national women's football team, thanked VFF and fans nationwide, especially sponsor Hung Thinh Land for their support.

"The players and I are grateful to Hung Thinh Land for supporting the team for many years both financially and mentally, Chung said.

Besides the enterprises that regularly accompany Vietnam football like Vingroup, Honda... since 2019, Hung Thinh Land has been a sponsor of the national women's football team with a fund of VND100 billion over the past five years. Currently, Hung Thinh Land is the biggest sponsor of the Vietnamese women's football team. The sponsorship rate of the unit helped VFF access about 50-55 percent of the funding needed to promote Vietnamese women's football and realize the World Cup dream.

Amid the atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, the women’s team brought optimism to the entire Vietnamese people. Before the final round of Asian Cup 2022, the women's team had nearly three weeks of training in Spain. Here, nearly all players got infected with Covid-19. It was not until the day before the tournament started that the team had enough personnel to practice. Despite these difficulties, the players maintained the spirit of solidarity and played bravely to create a miracle for Vietnam football.

This victory is for me, the players and coaching staff. The Vietnamese women's team has never attended World Cup. We have made history, so each individual is happy, said striker and captain Huynh Nhu.

Midfielder Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy scored the winning goal against Taiwan. In the upcoming tournament, the player said the team would make every effort to prove to fans that Vietnamese women's football deserves to be at World Cup.

I would like to thank the coach and teammates, especially the sponsor Hung Thinh Land for helping us access better training conditions. Besides the talent, enthusiasm, and determination of the whole team, the sponsor also helped our wish come true, Thuy said.

Earlier on Feb. 11, Hung Thinh Land had also awarded VND2 billion to Ho Chi Minh City women's football club to contribute to the development of women's football in the city.

In addition to the fund for the women's football team, Hung Thinh Land and TopenLand (with a strategic shareholder named Hung Thinh Corporation) also became two main sponsors for TopenLand Binh Dinh Football Club in three V-League seasons 2021 - 2023 with a total budget of VND300 billion.

In the 2011-2021 period, Hung Thinh Land and Hung Thinh Corporation spent more than VND500 billion to contribute to the development of the country's physical training and sports, like: supporting the organization of competitions while sponsoring and rewarding athletes and coaches. Supporting the country's sports industry is a way for enterprises to demonstrate their motto of sustainable business development, which goes hand in hand with community building and investment activities in sports, thereby creating conditions and impacts for educating, developing and nurturing the spirit of Vietnamese aspiration.
