The photo quickly went viral, garnering over 41 million views on X within five hours and more than 7 million likes on Instagram.

According to Daily Mail, professional football contracts typically prohibit players from engaging in extreme sports like skiing, which carry risks of serious injuries, such as leg or head trauma. Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, for instance, broke his leg in a skiing accident two years ago. Ronaldo Jr., who is following in his father's footsteps in football and is currently training with Al Nassr's youth team, also has similar restrictions.
Ronaldo is taking full advantage of his winter break after an impressive year, scoring 43 goals in 51 matches across all competitions. He will return to action with Al Nassr in early 2025, facing Al Okhdood in the Saudi Pro League on Jan. 9. His major goal for the coming year is to edge closer to the remarkable milestone of 1,000 career goals, having already netted 916.
Lapland, located in the northern regions of Finland, Sweden, and Norway, is widely considered the official home of Santa Claus. The region experiences sub-zero temperatures throughout December, making it a winter attraction.
