Kilner, 32, decided to file for divorce last month after many years of heartbreak with Walker.
Walker, 34, got booted out of the family's US$4.4 million home in Cheshire by Kilner at last year's Christmas after he was exposed for fathering a second child with Goodman, an influencer.

Walker has made multiple attempts to save his marriage, including issuing a public apology and taking interviews to admit his mistakes to a brief reunion at the Euro 2024 over the summer, things only got a bit better before crumbling down.
Now that Walker is single, Kilner is worried about the idea of him and Goodman reigniting their past romance.
"Annie's been engulfed by paranoia since she filed for divorce, asking mutual friends for their thoughts and spending hours poring over social media looking for any sign or hint of a potential meet-up," an insider told Closer. "Annie's petrified about Lauryn and Kyle being in touch again and says that the thought of them being together and playing happy families is her worst nightmare."
After Walker was allowed back into the family home in Chesire last month, the two tried to make it work but failed, as Kilner was unable to let go of his betrayals.
"Things are as bad between them as they have ever been. It wasn't like a normal marriage," a source recently revealed to Daily Mail. "They have barely been speaking to each other. She is divorcing Kyle because she just can't forgive him for what he's done to her. She can't get over it. She has tried. Kyle seems to have accepted it's over. He's been happier in the last week or so. Like the weight of the world's been lifted from his shoulders."
Kilner is preparing for a legal battle to claim half of Walker's £27 million (US$34.8 million) fortune following the divorce.
After being together for 13 years, Walker and Kilner tied the knot in 2022. They have four children together.
Walker is considered one of the best right-backs of his generation.
Since joining Man City from Tottenham Hotspur in 2017, he has won five Premier Leagues, two FA Cups, four EFL Cups, two English Super Cups, one Champions League, one European Super Cup, and one Club World Cup.
