Mike Tyson's wife, Lakiha "Kiki" Spicer, has made it clear that the boxing legend is done with his career and will not return to the ring.

Tyson's son, Amir, revealed that Spicer, Tyson's wife since 2009, who is credited with helping the legendary boxer turn his life around, has decided that Tyson's boxing days are behind him.

"I think he's done," Amir told The Sun. "My stepmom says he's done, and they're a team. That's husband-and-wife stuff."

Tyson's most recent appearance in the ring came in November against YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul. The fight, which ended in a decision loss for Tyson, raised questions about the boxing legend's readiness for competition.

Paul later said he was "carrying" Tyson throughout the fight, stating: "I wanted to give the fans a show, but I didn't want to hurt someone who didn't need to be hurt."

Tyson, who struggled in the later rounds, appeared visibly fatigued and unable to stay on his feet. After the fight, Tyson mentioned the possibility of facing Paul's brother, Logan, in a future bout.

"I don't know [if I want to do this again]," Tyson said after the fight. "It depends on the situation... I don't know, maybe his brother."

Logan Paul, who holds a 1-1-2 record in professional boxing, responded to Tyson's challenge, saying, "I'd kill you, Mike."

Tyson's reply was brief: "It's on then."

Logan's most recent win came against Dillon Danis, though he had not won a match before that.

Despite the attention surrounding Tyson's potential future in the ring, Amir emphasized he does not get too involved him in his father's life, so a conversation about the bout with Logan will not happen, New York Post reported.

"That chat would be a waste of time," Amir said. "He's his own man. If I say too much he'd only tell me to shut up and remind me I'm not his dad. I can say my part, but he is the grownup, and he will do whatever he wants."

Meanwhile, the fight between Tyson and Paul remains under scrutiny, with multiple lawsuits filed against the fight promoters, Netflix and the fighters themselves over allegations related to the event.
