Vietnamese resort ranks among top family retreats in 2023

ALMA Resort in central Vietnam has earned the fourth spot in the "Top 10 Family Hotels" poll by readers of the Hong Kong-based Smart Travel Asia Magazine.

ALMA Resort was chosen as one of the top family-friendly destinations worldwide in a global poll by the magazine in September.

The resort is situated along Long Beach on the Cam Ranh coast, about 40 kilometers from Nha Trang beach town, spanning 30 hectares. It offers almost 400 apartments and 200 villas with sea views, suitable for families of five to nine people.

Operating under the Vacation Ownership model, ALMA Resort allows customers to pre-purchase vacation rights. The resort also features a wide range of entertainment options, including a private cinema, water park, golf course, sports facilities, water activities, indoor entertainment, a kids club, a science museum, karaoke, and outdoor stages for recreation.

Soneva Jani Maldives topped the list, followed by InterContinental Bali, JW Marriott Phuket and Centara Reserve Samui.

Smart Travel Asia is an online publication offering travel articles, hotel and spa reviews, shopping guides, and destination advice for Asia.

The magazine's readership spans different generations, and its market research, ongoing since 2005, relies on experienced travelers.
