A man is thrown off his motorbike in Nghe An Province, April 20, 2023, as seen in the footage of a dashboard camera.
According to camera footage from the car, when another car drove past in the opposite direction at a curvy part of the road in Anh Son District on April 20, a motorbike appeared from behind, apparently having driven through the narrow space between the two cars.
The motorbike hit the head of the first car, lost control before hitting the fence of the road. The driver was thrown off the fence and died.
The road part did not have drawings to ban drivers from passing others, which are often required in narrow, curvy road sections.
