As vehicles were stopping at a red light in Vinh Luong Commune in the central tourist city on the night of Oct. 22, a sleeper bus approached and moved straight forwards without stopping.
Shortly after that, another sleep bus arrived also and jumped the red light.

Both buses were traveling at high speed.
In Vietnam, car and bus drivers that run a red light are fined VND4-6 million (US$161-242) and can have their driving licenses revoked for up to three months.
If causing an accident after skipping a red light, drivers will have their licenses seized for up to four months.
