Man fined for driving motorbike with legs

A 18-year-old man in the southern Dong Nai Province has been fined for driving a motorbike on the street with his feet on the handlebar.

Police in Bien Hoa City fined Vo Van Tam VND9 million (US$370) on Sunday after verifying a video of him driving on Ha Huy Giap Street using his feet on October 11.

He did not wear a helmet and has no driving license, police said.

When he was arrested, Tam tested positive for narcotic substances.

The owner of the motorbike was fined VND1.4 million for giving it to someone with no driving license.
