The taxi driver said that on Tuesday morning, at the gates of My Dinh Bus Station, he stopped his car to buy drinks, leaving the engine on.
A man then proceeded to enter the car and drove it away, driving against the flow of traffic on Pham Hung Street, before making a U-turn.
The man then left the car and walked away.
