Hanoi's temperatures would be around 12-22 degrees Celsius for the entire week, while high-altitude locations like Sa Pa would see temperatures between 6-12 degrees, according to U.S. weather forecast service AccuWeather.
Last week, temperatures in Sa Pa were between 9-24 degrees and Hanoi 13-20 degrees. There was little sunshine in the capital city throughout the week, and small rains during the weekend.
This week, central Vietnam regions would see frequent, albeit mild, rains due to effects of cold air. This week, areas from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue would see temperatures no higher than 23 degrees during the day, while localities from Quang Ngai to Da Nang would see temperatures ranging between 23-26 degrees.
Temperatures in southern Vietnam and Central Highlands regions would also drop due to the cold front, with nighttime and early morning temperatures in Central Highlands areas dropping to 15-18 degrees. There will also be areas in southern Vietnam that see temperatures dropping to 20-21 degrees.
