Join Hope Foundation to improve learning conditions in disadvantaged areas

In remote areas of Vietnam, students and teachers are still learning and teaching in makeshift schools that lack equipment and safety. Substandard facilities are one of the major reasons affecting the quality of education and students' health.

In April 2018, Hope Foundation launched the "Schools of Sunshine" program, with the desire to mobilize social resources in order to increase children’s access to education. The program aims to improve school facilities, provide adequate books and school supplies for students of underprivileged areas as well as support disadvantaged children across the country.

To date, the program has received support from many individuals and businesses, joining hands to bring new classrooms, boarding rooms, and schoolhouses to tens of thousands of students and teachers in remote areas in Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Son La, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Quang Nam, Phu Yen, Binh Phuoc provinces...

In 2024, Schools of Sunshine aims to build 13 new school branches with classrooms and ancillary constructions, as well as renovate toilets, and re-paint schools... to help students and teachers have better teaching and learning conditions.
