During the raid on March 21 at a residential flat, the HSA confiscated over 18,000 units of prescription medicines and supplements for sexual enhancement, several pieces of equipment and paraphernalia used to manufacture capsules, along with 30 e-vaporizers and related components.
The authority said in a statement that it has not detected the sale of the illegally manufactured products online.
Under Singapore's law, individuals found guilty of importing, manufacturing or supplying illegal health products face a two-year jail term, a S$50,000 fine, or both.
Those convicted of importing, distributing or selling e-vaporizers, commonly known as vapes, face a $10,000 fine or six-month imprisonment for their first offense. The punishment doubles for a second or subsequent offense.
