Hanoi man accused of rapes after dates

Phung Van Phuong, 21, has used Tinder, Facebook, Zalo and Instagram to flirt with multiple women, enticing them to go to a café cinema on Vu Tong Phan Street to rape them, authorities said.

Phuong also recorded the women on video, then posted the clips on online groups on Telegram, authorities reported.

Police of Thanh Xuan District on Tuesday said they were looking for Phuong’s victims to assist with the investigation.
