Gasoline prices Thursday fell to the lowest since mid-March while diesel dropped to around the same level as in mid-January.

The popular fuel RON95 plunged 5.65% to VND23,540 ($0.93) per liter. Biofuel E5 RON92 dropped 5.40% to VND22,620.

Diesel declined by 3.69% to VND19,840.

Regulators said that prices have been fluctuating in the last seven days amid increasing supply in the U.S. and continued military conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Global gasoline prices dropped 7.1% while oils fell 1-4.9%. RON95 is now at $98.4 per barrel and diesel at $96.
