My wife keeps pestering for a divorce

My wife and I have been married for 12 years and have two children together. Recently, we have been unable to find a common ground or a solution to our problems.

Our joint assets include an apartment, a rented house, a 3,000 square meter plot of land in the countryside, and some land given to me by my parents as an inheritance.

My wife has a good relationship with my family. We used to have common interests in business and would discuss everything together. We would also argue due to differing views on parenting and business, but we always managed to overcome them.

Every family has disagreements, especially when it comes to business, which can easily lead to conflicts, but we always move past it. However, my wife has a habit of keeping things to herself and rarely communicates with me.

I run my own business and she does too. Many times, she has faced business failures, so whenever she starts a new venture, I remind her of past failures just to help her learn from them (I always participate and assist her in every new endeavor).

Recently, she started a new job and we had another argument. The tipping point was over three months ago when she demanded a divorce and wanted to move out. She had also asked for a divorce a few times prior to this. Afterward, she asked me to take out a bank loan by mortgaging our properties and to borrow money from my sister for her business.

She no longer cares about me or my family, saying that she has taken enough care of us. She claims that I don't love nor respect her even though she is capable of earning money like me.

For the past three months, I have been mentally exhausted, extremely tired and unable to focus on my work. I promised not to interfere in her work and to love her more but she won’t budge. If things continue like this, it will affect our children and our family.

I hope you can give me your advice in this matter.
