Boxy Tam Dao house offers valley views

The 484-square-meter villa has three floors that look like two boxes placed on top of one another. The second floor is 22m x 22m x 3.3m while the two lower floors (including the basement) make up the smaller box at 16m x 16m x 3.3m.
The rear overlooks the golf course valley is also a place from where occupants can watch the sun set.

The entrance leading to the living room on the ground floor is from the foot of the mountain. The front and rear are extended and connected to a courtyard. The courtyard and the pool allow light and breeze inside.
