A villa in a valley in northern Tam Dao Town faces east to welcome the rising sun.
The 484-square-meter villa has three floors that look like two boxes placed on top of one another. The second floor is 22m x 22m x 3.3m while the two lower floors (including the basement) make up the smaller box at 16m x 16m x 3.3m.The rear overlooks the golf course valley is also a place from where occupants can watch the sun set.
