Vietnamese Tet spirit shines bright in the land of the rising sun

These workers may be living in Japan but that's not going to stop them from celebrating a traditional Lunar New Year.
Staff at a Japanese branch of a Vietnams firm in Tokyo has gathered for a traditional Tet, or Lunar New Year, the biggest holiday of Vietnamese people by making Tet feast and typical cakes for this occasion such as banh chung and banh tet (sticky rice cakes in square and cylinder shapes).

In order to make it as traditional as it could, the company where they work has bought 140 dong leaves for making banh chung from Vietnam and banana leaves for banh tet from Japans Okinawa Island.
