The earlier one was in Hanoi in February when a man saved the child from certain death as she fell off the 12th floor, and this time it happened in the northern Nam Dinh Town with the child falling off a first floor balcony.
On June 29 a person from Nam Dinh uploaded on Facebook a video of the girl falling from the balcony and being caught by the passer-by.
"This morning, at around 9:14 a.m., at 50 Tran Quang Khai Street in Nam Dinh Town, a four-year-old girl fell from a balcony on the second floor. Fortunately, Ha was passing by and caught her. People asked for his phone number, but he left and did not want anything in return," the post added.
In Hanoi and other northern provinces, people refer to the ground floor as the first and so on.
The video has gone viral, and many people have dubbed Ha a hero for stopping his bicycle to save the girl.
"Thank you very much, Mr Biker," one person said on Facebook.
Tran Duc Anh, chairman of Nam Dinh Town's Tran Quang Khai Ward, said the child had woken up in the morning, cried when she could see nobody at home and walked to the balcony and tried to scale the parapet. She got away with minor injuries.
Ha, whose full name is not known, is a local.
