Designers Vu Ngoc and Son have put swallows and clouds to symbolize luck on high-quality fabrics for their new collection.

Using green, one of five colors along with red, yellow, purple, and blue that are used in the Hue imperial citadel, the designers have created a range of outfits like bodycon dresses, suits and relaxed dresses.

The bodycon dress features an exaggerated bow tie handmade by local artists. An off-the-shoulder dress is combined with a beaded necklace for a touch of elegance.

All the outfits will be shown off at Ngoc and Sons fashion show on October 4. The two are well known for their colorful and eye-catching patterns, usually blending western and eastern sensibilities. They started their fashion career three years ago and have quickly become popular.
