At 6:30 a.m., the 12th graders were the first group of students to return to Viet Duc High School.
According to the original plan, all high school students from Covid low- and medium-risk areas were to return to school on Dec. 6, but a sudden resurgence caused authorities to change their mind, and they have allowed only 12th grade students to go back to class.
Besides, classes are staggered, with half the students attending on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and the rest on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
