Chan shared that her twins were born in September and she nicknamed them Ocean and Sun.
"To say we feel blessed is an understatement," she wrote.
The actress also opened up about her experience during pregnancy, which she described as "one of the toughest yet most rewarding" times of her life. She recounted the early struggles with severe nausea and sensitivity to smells, surviving on a diet of crackers, cold toast, and fruit. As the pregnancy progressed to the last trimester, even simple tasks like rolling in her bed or standing became challenging for her due to swollen feet and back pain.
"Despite my fear of childbirth, by the time labor arrived, I was ready—ready to let go of the weight, the discomfort, and to finally meet my boys," she said. "The moment I heard their cries and held them in my arms was indescribable. Pure magic."
Despite these hurdles, Chan expressed profound gratitude for the health of her sons.
"Today, at just a few months old, Ocean and Sun are cooing, smiling at our voices, and always reaching for us," she expressed. "My phone storage is filled with their photos, yet I still can’t capture how quickly they’re growing. They’ve already outgrown their newborn clothes, and my heart aches at how fast time is flying."
The news of her twins was a surprise to many of her fans, particularly since she had only announced her pregnancy two weeks earlier, as she posted a photo of her husband embracing her from the back while the two stood on a beach, with her baby bump visible. Her Instagram post was flooded with congratulatory messages and well-wishes as Chan embarks on this exciting new journey.
