Son of Asia's richest man showcases multi-million dollar watches and jewellery at wedding

According to Tatler, Anant Ambani wore a Patek Philippe Grand Complication Sky Moon Tourbillon made of 18-karat gold during his three-day wedding with Radhika Merchant, daughter of a pharmaceutical tycoon, from 12 to 14 July in Mumbai.

The watch, valued at approximately $6.7 million, features intricate hand engravings, a brown enamel dial, and complex functions including hour, minute, tourbillon, and perpetual calendar displays. In March, during a pre-wedding celebration, Anant also wore a Richard Mille RM 56-02, which is valued at around $2.2 million.

Anant gifted each of his 25 best men a custom-designed Audemars Piguet watch made of 18K rose gold and sapphire, valued at $239,000 each, according to The Indian Express.

In addition to his remarkable watch collection, Anant wore several expensive brooches at his wedding. He had Cartier create a custom brooch featuring a 720-carat emerald from Heeramaneck & Son.

He also decorated his coat buttons with more emeralds and wore a necklace and aigrette diamond brooch on his headscarf. At a pre-wedding event in Jamnagar, he donned a yellow diamond lion brooch by Lorraine Schwartz.

Another standout piece was an elephant brooch with solitaire diamonds and a large pear-cut diamond, valued at around $1.7 million. Anant also added a feather brooch with two large solitaire diamonds to his turban.

According to Reuters, the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant was among the most extravagant globally, attracting attention for months.

Anant, 29, is the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani, Asia's richest man with a fortune over $122 billion. Anant studied at Brown University in the U.S. and is a director at several companies within Reliance Industries, the family's conglomerate.

He has a strong interest in green energy, environmental improvement, and animal conservation.
