Hong Kong singer Aaron Kwok allegedly rewards wife with nearly $13M for expecting a son

According to Znews, 8world reported that the source shared that Kwok is overjoyed with the news of having a boy. In addition to the monetary gift, Kwok reportedly lifted the spending limits on Fang’s credit cards, allowing her to spend freely.

The source also revealed that despite recently losing at mahjong, Kwok could not contain his happiness. He shared with his friends that he was finally going to be a father to a son, even joking that the loss at mahjong did not matter to him, as the joy of expecting a boy outweighed any financial setback.

Kwok, 60, has reportedly long hoped for a son. When Fang was pregnant with their second child, they believed it was a boy, and Kwok was excited about the prospect of having an heir to his collection of luxury cars and watches. However, the couple ended up welcoming a daughter.

Now that Fang is expecting a boy, she has been receiving extra care and attention. She has been frequently spotted shopping in high-end stores, enjoying coffee dates and socializing with friends at upscale restaurants, all while visibly pregnant. Each time she returns home, a housekeeper assists her out of the car and carries her shopping bags, while her two daughters are being looked after by their grandmother.

Kwok, who started his career as a trained dancer, rose to fame as one of Hong Kong’s "Four Heavenly Kings" and later gained recognition as an actor and singer. His net worth was estimated to be around US$20 million by the South China Morning Post in 2021.

Fang, 38, a model from a modest background, saw significant changes in her life after marrying Kwok. Her family was able to purchase a car and move to the city following their marriage.

The couple publicly announced their relationship in 2015 and married two years later.
