After years of focusing on coaching and business, the 34-year-old has decided to return to professional freestyle football.
He will play in the Double Routine event with freestyler Doan Thanh Tung.
Last year Danh Quang and Anh Tuan, under his guidance, finished runners-up in their maiden appearance.
Phuc said: "There is a saying that I really like: 'It is not that people stop pursuing their dreams because they are old, they grow old because they stopped pursuing their dreams'.
"No matter what the results of this competition are, even if I exit in the qualifying round, I will still be very happy to once again pursue my unfinished dream."
In 2013, after winning the Asian Football Freestyle Championship, Phuc had the opportunity to play in the Super Ball the same year.
But he could not apply for a visa in time and had to miss the tournament.
Now, 10 years later, Phuc is giving his unfinished dream another shot.
The Super Ball, held every year in Prague, the Czech Republic, is considered the Olympics of freestyle football and brings together 300 to 500 elite athletes from over 50 countries.
This year it will be held from August 6 to 11.
