3,000 branded items found at HCMC mall without bills

An Dong Plaza in District 5 had handbags, shoes, slippers, and clothes but vendors could not provide purchase bills for them, according to the city Department of Market Surveillance.

During the week officials also found 1,213 watches without clear origins worth over VND92 million ($3,700), many of them Rolex and Chanel.

Officials seized the goods for further investigation.
