Her critics argue that performing at the Crazy Horse is setting a bad example for her younger fans, many of whom are underage female students.

"Lisa has become the ambassador of a strip show," wrote a netizen on South Korean social media platform Theqoo.

"You can just work there from now on," said another.

Lisa allegedly shot back at such negative commenters with a post on her Instagram account captioned: "You’re not invited."

The singer also uploaded photos taken at the cabaret to her Instagram account Thursday above the excited caption: "Can’t wait for this to finally happen!"

She is scheduled to perform at the exotic dancing club Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

According to Elle France, Lisa dropped by the cabaret several times to meet the dancers backstage and attend several secret rehearsals for her shows.

She was also reportedly a "long-time fan" of the cabaret, according to Crazy Horse Paris on its official website.

Born Lalisa Manoban in Thailand, the singer made her debut with the South Korean girl group Blackpink in 2016. She then launched a simultaneous solo career in 2021.

The 26-year-old has also established her name in the fashion industry as a global ambassador for various luxury brands including Celine and Bulgari.

Her music career has soared, and she has become the first solo K-pop artist to have a song reach 1 billion streams on Spotify with her song "Money."
