Real estate giant Vinhomes transferred its 99.88 percent stake in Vinpearl Landmark 81 company to tourism company Vinpearl.

It had set up Vinpearl Landmark 81 in February with a charter capital of VND1.6 trillion ($68.5 million), and its main businesses included ecotourism and leasing villas, hotels and condotels.

Both Vinhomes and Vinpearl are subsidiaries of the country’s largest conglomerate, Vingroup.

Vinhomes reported VND8.9 trillion in revenues in the first quarter and VND5.89 trillion in profits.
