The Ukraine-born Miss Japan, who has worked as a model since the age of 15, "is dating a doctor in his 40s, a famous physician affiliated with an entertainment agency and an author," the weekly wrote.
"Initially, their relationship was casual, but it grew intimate over time. The romance, though seemingly joyful, comes with its complications - the doctor is reported to be married with children."

Shukan Bunshun reported that the full details of the relationship, including hand-holding date photos, the identity of the doctor, and Carolina’s explanation, will be featured in its Feb. 8 issue.
According to Japan’s oldest newspaper Mainichi Shimbun, many netizens recognized the married man as famous beautician Maeda Takumo, who served as a judge for the 2023 Miss Universe Japan contest.
According to netizens, Maeda, 45, often posts photos showing off his body and muscles on social networks.
Carolina has lived in Japan since moving there at age 5. She became a naturalized citizen in 2022. Carolina says she has as strong a sense of Japanese identity as anyone else, despite her non-Japanese look, AP reported last month when she was crowned Miss Japan.
