Mansion Global, a site dedicated to global real estate market news, reported that the artist finalized the purchase of the property in the middle of March.
Nestled among hills, the mansion covers approximately 5,000 square meters and boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms, all under a roof of fired clay tiles. The property was originally constructed in 1924, and its previous owner undertook renovations to transform it into a reflection of a quaint English country manor, with an interior adorned in classical styles and muted tones.
Lisa’s acquisition of the U.S.-based mansion has sparked speculation regarding its implications for her career. She revealed on April 11 her new contract with the prestigious American record label RCA Records and disclosed plans for an album release within the year.
In addition to this mansion, Lisa owns a duplex in Seoul valued at 7.5 billion won (US$5.5 million), which she showcased to her fans on her birthday in March. This residence features a basement and two stories, with a decor dominated by white and gray hues.
Born Pranpriya Manoban in Thailand, the 27-year-old singer made her debut with Blackpink in 2016 and embarked on a solo career with her album "Lalisa" in 2021.
She achieved a groundbreaking milestone as the first K-pop artist to amass over 1 billion streams on Spotify for her song "Money."
Following her departure from YG Entertainment, Blackpink’s management company, she launched her own agency named LLOUD, as reported by Korea JoongAng Daily.
Along with her musical achievements, Lisa has also established her name in the fashion industry, representing luxury brands like Celine and Bulgari as a global ambassador. Her influence is also palpable on social media, where she captivates over 102 million followers on Instagram.
