Two navigation software, Vietmap S2 and Vietmap Live, have been well-received by Vietnamese drivers nationwide.

Vietmap S2 is an offline navigation software exclusively designed for Android car displays, featuring highly stable and accurate traffic data that is updated every three months.

Vietmap Live is an online navigation software used on mobile phones and synchronized with Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

Vietmap Live’s traffic data is automatically updated weekly on devices connected to 4G or the internet.

Both software applications are customized for users and able to adapt to warning data systems with accurate navigation algorithms, plus other useful features that help users drive smoothly, and safely.

"The best navigation software is the one that can collect and update data quickly and optimally. We commit to providing data updated with comprehensive information and the ability to respond quickly to current traffic conditions," the Vietmap's representative said.

The Vietmap's experts have continuously conducted research and deployed advanced technologies including the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data to collect and process traffic data. The company uses collecting tools like GPS to ensure detailed and accurate information.

Understanding the difficulties of drivers on the road, Vietmap pays attention to every step of data processing to meet the need of users. The process includes some major steps: data collection, data processing, quality check, packaging, and distribution.

The engineers gather data on speed limits, traffic signs, road systems, and traffic infrastructure for cars and motorbikes to ensure wide coverage, then classify data into groups like traffic signs, roads, locations, and addresses. For each data group, the team applies different methods to verify data. From there, the hardware and software products will be updated based on categorized data.

"Vietmap not only focuses on updating data at optimum speed but also understands the needs and habits of Vietnamese drivers to upgrade our features and products," the representative said.

The company also plans to expand and develop new auto accessories and solutions to optimize all users' needs and improve the driving experience.
