Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park is reporting increased investment activity, with multiple land lease agreements signed and new projects initiated since early 2026, indicating a transition to a more active development phase.

In April, the park recorded several developments, including land sublease agreements, groundbreaking ceremonies, and expansion activities by enterprises within the Stavian ecosystem.

A notable project is the Hai Long Vinh Phuc animal feed manufacturing plant, invested in by Lanking Nano Pte. Ltd. and implemented by Hai Long Vinh Phuc Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The project covers more than 4 hectares, with total investment exceeding VND1,034 billion (US$39.25 million), and is expected to produce feed for livestock, poultry, and aquaculture. It aligns with the park's focus on attracting large-scale manufacturing and processing projects.

As part of the process, the developer and investor signed an in-principle land sublease agreement, providing a basis for completing legal procedures and supporting project implementation.

In parallel, enterprises within Stavian Group have expanded operations at the park. Stavian Green Packaging JSC has launched a plant producing polypropylene (PP) packaging designed to meet export standards.

The material is recyclable and contributes to the park's orientation toward environmentally aligned manufacturing.

Several projects have been completed and are now operational. To date, the total land area granted Investment Registration Certificates (IRC) has reached approximately 52 hectares, reflecting continued interest from both domestic and foreign investors.

At the same time, infrastructure has been developed to support industrial operations, including power and water systems, internal roads, and related facilities. The centralized wastewater treatment system is designed with a total capacity of 8,600 cubic meters per day, divided into four modules. The first module is currently in operation with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters per day, using SBR technology to meet environmental standards.

With additional projects underway, existing facilities in operation, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades, Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park is positioning itself to attract further manufacturing investment.
