David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly purchasing a luxurious $80 million mansion in Miami, which fans have dubbed the "new Beckingham Palace."

According to The Real Deal, the waterfront property, located in the upscale North Bay Road area, overlooks Biscayne Bay and offers proximity to David’s soccer team, Inter Miami. The neighborhood boasts celebrity residents like Shakira and Barry Gibb, Mirror reported.

Spanning 14,270 square feet, the mansion features nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a gym, spa, home theater, rooftop lounge, infinity pool, and space for their $20 million yacht.

The property, designed by Choeff Levy Fischman and constructed by celebrity builder Bart Reines, was listed by Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty, who called it a "modern masterpiece." As of late September, the sale is marked as pending, with the couple expected to move in next year, Daily Mail reported.

This Miami mansion will be the most valuable in the Beckhams' property portfolio, which also includes a $20 million condo in Miami, a $40 million townhouse in London, and a $15 million country estate in the Cotswolds.

David, 49, is further tying himself to Miami due to his ownership of Inter Miami, especially after the signing of Lionel Messi. Meanwhile, Victoria, 50, plans to expand her fashion and beauty business from their Miami base.

The Beckhams, who married in 1999, have four children: Brooklyn, 25, who lives in Los Angeles with his wife Nicola Peltz; Romeo, 22, a budding model; Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13, who split their time between the U.S. and U.K.
