Masan Group among 'Best companies to work for in Asia'

At the recent HR Asia Awards, Masan Group won two prestigious awards. Besides the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia," it also got a special award for "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" in acknowledgment of its commitment to fostering a diverse, equal and inclusive working environment.

The "Best Place to Work in Asia" award is an esteemed international accolade presented annually by HR Asia, Asia’s premier magazine on human resources.

It seeks to assess and recognize businesses with the most outstanding human resources policies and working environment and attractive remuneration packages.

In Vietnam, nearly 650 companies were assessed and the survey polled nearly 50,000 employees ranging from grassroots staff to senior personnel, including executives and human resources directors.

In line with the theme "Honoring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion," HR Asia employed the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) to gauge the satisfaction level of Masan employees.

The assessment was based on three fundamental factors: Core (strategy-structure), Self (individual), and Group (collective).

The special award for "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" represented remarkable success for Masan as it recognized its commitment to fostering a diverse, equal and inclusive working environment.

This accolade also marked a significant milestone in Masan's journey toward creating an exceptional workplace that embraces diversity and inclusivity.

With more than 40,000 employees from various backgrounds and with a range of professional experiences working for it, Masan has fostered a common and unique "Masan Way" culture to promote certain traits and attributes: no ego and consumer-centric; leadership and passion to be number one; solution-oriented and problem-solving, accountability and results-driven, integrity and transparency, mastery, and never stop learning.
