Masan Consumer Holdings receives Great Place to Work certification

GPTW's methodology uses a Trust Index survey to evaluate the working environment based on a model that has been developed and refined over the past 30 years, focusing on five aspects: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

The survey attracted the responses of over 3,000 Masan employees in over 20 offices and factories throughout the nation. Of these, 85% concur that Masan Consumer Holdings is an excellent workplace.

Additionally, 89% of new employees feel welcome upon entering the organization.

Fair treatment is also provided to 92% of employees, irrespective of race or gender, according to survey results.

Furthermore, 92% of Masan employees concur that the Board of Directors consistently advocates for integrity and ethics in its business practices.

This is just one of numerous favorable remarks that garnered a high rate of agreement regarding the organization's Board of Directors.

This demonstrates the staff of Masan's unwavering confidence in the acumen, leadership capabilities, and judgments of upper management.
