Under a partnership deal signed late last week, the two Vietnamese companies agreed to outline core contents, mechanisms, policies and methods for cooperation.
Drawing on extensive experience in the agricultural sector, the partnership would help bolster the position of Vietnam’s food industry in the regional and international market.

Both sides are expected to complement each other's strengths, helping each other in sales, reducing post-harvest losses and increasing the value of Vietnamese rice grains.
Louis Rice has 10 years' experience in the food industry, specializing in purchasing, supplying goods to the Vietnamese market, and exporting. This group owns a chain of modern rice processing plants and is considered among Vietnam’s top 20 rice exporting enterprises.
Loc Troi Group, formerly An Giang Plant Protection Company, is one of Vietnam’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of agricultural services.
This group is engaged in such business lines as research, production and sales of seeds, fertilizers, bio-organic products, with 25 branches nationwide and one in Cambodia.
