Gelex prioritizes funding for health, education, and human development

Hanoi Children's Hospital, one of the capital's first general hospitals dedicated to pediatrics, was officially inaugurated on Oct. 9, providing the community with a reputable and specialized medical facility for pediatric care.

The hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology to enhance diagnostic and treatment efficiency, including specialized equipment for diagnostic imaging, surgery, intensive care, and functional examinations. Key installations include a digital mobile X-ray machine, computerized tomography (CT) systems, an automatic blood coagulation meter, an automatic biochemical analyzer, and ultrasound machines.

Gelex Group sponsored the donation of this state-of-the-art medical equipment, with a total value reaching nearly VND130 billion (US$5.24 million).

Earlier in 2024, Gelex sponsored two significant projects at Bach Mai Hospital, renovating the A9 Emergency Center and the Stroke Center, both of which are high-traffic units that frequently handle severe cases.

A leader at Bach Mai Hospital noted that after the renovation, the rooms in these centers are now fully equipped, offering greater comfort, privacy, and quietness, helping both patients and their families feel more at ease during treatment and recovery.

In addition to benefiting patients, the modernized working environment motivates the hospital's medical staff, inspiring them to excel in their roles and enhance their dedication to patient care.
